When configuring Client Deployment on XenApp Web Site on Web Interface 5.2, the option for Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) may not be shown.

This can be caused by the Resource Types being set to Dual Mode. Configure the Website in Online mode:

From Citrix Web Interface Management:

- Select XenApp Web Sites in the left pane
- Select the appropriate website in the centre pane
- Click Resource Types in the left pane
- Click the Online radio button and click OK

To verify the RDP option is now enabled:

- Select XenApp Web Sites in the left pane
- Select the appropriate website in the centre pane
- Click Client Deployment in the right pane
- The Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) checkbox should now be visable
