Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 Produces Empty Reports

Issue

When generating reports with TMG 2010, the report may be produced successfully, but no data is contained in the various report sections.

Resolution

To resolve this either:

1) Change the language
- Set the language under Control Panel | Region and Language | Formats to English (United States)
- Restart the SQL Server Reporting Services (ISARS) service

2) Apply SP1
- Apply Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 Service Pack 1
- Restart the SQL Server Reporting Services (ISARS) service
- Run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway\DailySum.exe"

Reports should now generate correctly.

Note: The current date cannot be selected, so ensure there is data available from the previous day for the report, or temporarily advance the date.
