User licensing is held in "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Quest Software\TOAD\QSAuth11.key".

To automatically set the Authorisation Key for each new user:

- Start Toad and enter Authorisation Key and Site Message
- Close Toad
- Copy "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Quest Software\TOAD\QSAuth11.key" to "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\ClientFiles\QSAuth11.key"

When a new user starts Toad, Toad copies "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\ClientFiles" to "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Quest Software\TOAD"
