When attempting to install either the installer or full installer, the software will unzip then fail silently on Windows 10.

If the software is extracted and setup.exe run the following error will be seen in the Application event log:

The issue is the user is logged on with an Azure Active Directory account (AzureAD). Enable the local administrator account, and logon with this account. The install will then complete successfully.
