Citrix Published Application Shown as Black Window

Issue

A published application launches correctly, but shows as a black window with no detail on Windows 10.

Resolution

Set the Scale and Layout to 100%.

From Windows 10:
- Select Settings | System | Display
- Scroll down to Scale and layout
- Ensure it is set to 100% (Recommended)
